Antipasto Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar (6 oz) marinated artichoke salad. Note: use herb marinated artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers and green olives
    1/4 cup prepared Caesar dressing
    3 cups torn romaine lettuce, sliced
    2 None small shallots, peeled, halved and sliced
    1 cup whole wheat croutons
    None None thinly sliced cucumber rounds (for garnish)
Preparation
    Drain artichoke salad, reserve 2 tablespoons of liquid. In a bowl, combine reserved liquid and Caesar dressing.
    In a bowl, gently toss lettuce, shallots and artichoke salad. Spoon salad into cucumber-lined serving bowl.
    Drizzle salad with dressing just before serving.
