Grilled Peppers, Red Onion And Tomato Platter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp chili powder, like Morton & Bassett
    4 None medium tomatoes, halved
    8 None small scallions, trimmed
    8 None yellow, orange and/or red bell peppers, sliced
    2 None medium red onions, sliced
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic and chili powder. Season. Brush cut side of tomatoes with oil mixture. Toss remaining vegetables with oil mixture. Grill or saute tomatoes, cut-side down, over medium-high heat for 1 min and vegetables for 3 mins, or until tender.
