Grilled Mango And Ricotta With English Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz ricotta
    1 cup low-fat tropical yogurt
    1 None large mango, peeled, sliced
    2 None English muffins, halved
    2 None passionfruit, pulp scooped out
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, whisk ricotta and yogurt until smooth. Set aside.
    Preheat grill. Grill mango for 1 min per side, or until browned on both sides. Toast muffins on both sides.
    Distribute muffins between serving plates and top with ricotta mixture and grilled mango. Drizzle with passionfruit pulp.
