Papaya And Passion Fruit Fool - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream
    3/4 cup vanilla custard or pudding
    3/4 cup peach and mango yogurt
    1/2 None papaya, seeded, peeled, diced, 2 tbsp reserved
    4 oz passion fruit, pulp, 1 tbsp reserved
    6 None dried meringues, lightly crushed
Preparation
    Whip cream to soft peaks. Fold into custard. Add yogurt, papaya and passion fruit pulp. Fold in dried meringues. Transfer between 4 serving glasses. Top with reserved fruit. Serve immediately.
