Rosemary Salt With Mixed Peppercrons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp mixed peppercorns (black, green and pink)
    2 tbsp fresh finely chopped rosemary
    2/3 cup sea salt
    1/2 None lemon, juiced
Preparation
    Crush peppercorns using a mortar and pestle. Transfer to a small bowl and mix in chopped rosemary and salt. Gradually stir in lemon juice. Store salt in a sealable jar in a cool place.
