Fudge Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup granulated sugar + 1 tbsp
    3/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted + 1 tsp
    1/2 cup butter
    4 None eggs, at room temperature
    1 cup ground almonds
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease and line a 10x6 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
    Combine 1/4 cup sugar and 3/4 cup cocoa powder in a heatproof bowl. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat then pour over sugar mixture and stir to combine. Add eggs, 1 by 1, beating lightly after each addition. Mix in ground almonds until combined.
    Transfer to prepared pan, smooth surface and bake for 20 mins, or until edges are set. Let cool in pan. Mix together remaining sugar and cocoa powder and sprinkle over brownies. Cut into 16 pieces. Serve.
