Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 None lamb sausages, halved lengthwise
    1 (13.5 oz) can chopped tomatoes
    4 oz frozen peas
    1 lb potatoes, peeled, grated
    4 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
    None None salad, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
    Place sausages in a baking dish and bake for 5 mins, until slightly browned.
    Combine tomatoes and peas then spread over sausages. Combine potatoes and butter. Season to taste then spread over tomatoes. Bake for 25-30 mins, until potato topping is crisp and golden.
    Serve with salad.
