Smoked Trout Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped
    6 oz asparagus, trimmed
    2 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh chives
    5 oz sliced smoked trout
    4 None eggs
    2 None egg whites
    1/2 cup milk
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
    Boil, steam or microwave the potatoes and asparagus, separately, until tender and drain. Place them in the prepared pan with the chives and top with the trout.
    Whisk the eggs, egg whites and milk in large bowl. Season. Pour the mixture into the pan.
    Bake, uncovered, for about 40 mins or until the frittata is set. Let stand for 5 mins before cutting.
