Eyeball Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    24 None mini vol-au-vents (puff pastry tart shells), warmed
    12 None pimento-stuffed olives, halved horizontally
    12 None baby mozzarella cheese, halved
Preparation
    Simmer tomato sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat for 6-8 mins, until thickened. Distribute between vol-au-vents.
    Meanwhile, press an olive half, rounded side up, into mozzarella to create eyeballs. Place 1 eyeball in each tart shell. Serve.
