Turkish Egg And Cheese Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb pizza dough
    3 None eggs
    3 oz haloumi cheese, coarsely grated
    1 None green onion, finely chopped
    None None Lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 450\u00b0F. Place a large baking pan in oven to preheat.
    Divide pizza dough into three pieces. Roll each piece to a 12 x 5-inch rectangle. Brush edges of dough with a little water, fold 3/4-inch border around edges of dough, pressing down firmly. Fold in corners to make oval shape. Quickly place dough on hot pan. Bake 5 mins. Remove from oven. Press center down to flatten.
    Whisk eggs, haloumi cheese and onion in large bowl. Pour into the cavities. Bake further 10 mins or until set. Cut each pizza into eight slices. Serve with lemon wedges.
