Blood Orange Jello - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 tsp powdered gelatin
2 1/2 cups blood orange or orange juice
7 oz seedless black and green grapes, halved, 8 halves reserved to decorate
4 sprigs fresh mint, to decorate

Bloom gelatin in 1/2 cup cold orange juice in a heatproof bowl for 5 mins. Place bowl over a double boiler and gently heat until gelatin melts. Stir in remaining orange juice.
Distribute grapes between 4 large wine glasses then arrange on a small tray. Cover fruit with orange gelatin mixture and chill for 30 mins, until just set. Add remaining liquid and chill for 3 hours, until set. Decorate each glass with a sprig of mint and 2 grape halves.
