Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 cups self-rising flour
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    4 None ripe bananas, mashed
    1/2 cup butter, melted, cooled
    2 None eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 cup milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    None None butter, to serve (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease and line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
    Sift together flour and cinnamon. Add sugar. Combine bananas, butter, eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix into dry ingredients until just combined. Transfer to prepared pan, smooth top and bake for 40-45 mins, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 5 mins then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
    Serve sliced with butter, if desired.
