Herbed Cheese Tea Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4.25 oz whipped cream cheese
    3.5 oz low-fat ricotta cheese
    1/2 None lemon, juiced
    1/3 cup fresh mixed herbs, chopped, such as chives, thyme and oregano
    1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
    1 loaf sandwich bread, sliced
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, ricotta and lemon juice until smooth. Add herbs and season to taste. Spread over 1/2 of bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices. Remove crusts and cut each sandwich into 3 pieces. Serve immediately.
