Hot Chocolate With Whipped Irish Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups milk
    3.5 oz milk chocolate, finely chopped
    1.75 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped, plus extra, flaked, to serve
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    2 tsp Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
Preparation
    Combine milk and chocolates in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat for 4-5 mins, or until mixture is smooth.
    Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat cream and liqueur until soft peaks form.
    Pour hot chocolate into four glasses. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate flakes.
