Brandy Snap Cannoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10.5 oz smooth ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    1 pinch ground allspice
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 None lemon, zested
    2 oz dark chocolate chips
    8 None brandy snap cannoli shells
    1/2 cup pistachios, crushed
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat ricotta, powdered sugar, cream, allspice and cinnamon until combined. Stir in lemon zest and chocolate chips. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a large plain tip.
    Fill brandy snap cannoli shells with cannoli filling. Coat ends in crushed pistachio.
