Coriander Chips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 cups flour
1/3 cup self-rising flour
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 None egg white
1 tbsp sea salt flakes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. For the dough, process flours, spices and butter in a food processor until combined. Add lemon juice and enough water to make ingredients cling together.
Roll dough out on a floured surface to 1 inch thick. Cut into triangles. Transfer tof oiled baking sheets. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with salt. Bake 10 mins, until golden and crisp. Cool on wire racks and serve.
