Tomato, Goat Cheese And Chicken Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    2 None chicken breast fillets
    1 None ready-made pizza base
    2 tbsp roughly chopped fresh cilantro leaves
    3 oz goat cheese, crumbled
    2 cups baby arugula
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange tomatoes on tray. Whisk together balsamic vinegar and sugar then drizzle over tomatoes. Bake for 25 mins, until tomatoes are soft.
    Meanwhile, oil a large frying pan and place over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until cooked through and browned. Cover and let rest for 5 mins. Slice thinly.
    Place pizza base on a separate baking tray and bake for 10 mins, or until lightly browned. Top with tomatoes, chicken, cilantro and goat cheese. Bake for 10 mins, or until browned and crispy. Sprinkle with arugula just before serving.
