Grilled Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 None pineapple
    2 None mangoes
    1/2 cup coconut liqueur
    1/4 cup passionfruit pulp
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 cup heavy cream, whipped
    2 tbsp coconut flakes, toasted
Preparation
    Remove and discard top and base from pineapple. Cut pineapple into 1/4 inch-thick slices, cut each slice in half. Cut mangoes down each side of pit; cut a criss-cross pattern into flesh.
    Combine liqueur, passionfruit pulp and sugar in small saucepan. Stir on low heat, without boiling, until sugar dissolves. Simmer, uncovered, 5 mins. Combine fruit with passionfruit syrup in large bowl.
    Heat an oiled grill pan on medium-high heat or preheat the grill to medium. Cook fruit until browned both sides and tender, brushing occasionally with some of the syrup during cooking.
    Drizzle warm fruit with remaining passionfruit syrup. Serve with whipped cream and sprinkle with coconut.
