Aromatic Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp canola oil
    1 lb ground beef
    1 None onion, peeled and finely diced
    1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
    1 oz fresh ginger, peeled and grated
    1-2 None red chilies, sliced
    3 None bouillon cubes, crushed
    1 None leek, sliced
    1 lb carrots, peeled and grated
    1/3 lb bean sprouts
    2-3 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
Preparation
    Heat oil in a Dutch oven and brown ground meat for 5 mins, until crumbly. Add onion, garlic, ginger and chilies and saute for 2 mins. Season with salt. Add 4 cups water, bring to a boil and add crushed bouillon cubes. Add leek, carrots and bean sprouts and boil for 3 mins. Add soy sauce and five-spice powder. Serve.
