Pasta Salad With Chicken And Roasted Red Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
    12 oz penne pasta
    1 None cooked chicken, flesh shredded
    10 oz jar roasted red peppesr, drained, cut into strips
    3 oz baby arugula
    1/2 oz basil, shredded
Preparation
    Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain well and transfer to a large bowl. Add chicken, peppers, arugula and basil.
    For the dressing, combine oil, lemon juice and garlic in a screw-top jar and shake well. Drizzle on salad, toss to coat and serve.
