Tomato And Mozzarella Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup fresh basil, leaves finely chopped
    1 None lemon, peel shaved into thin strips with a zester, then finely chopped
    2 tbsp olive oil
    20 None mini mozzarella balls, drained
    20 None cherry tomatoes, tops cut off
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix the basil, lemon zest and oil. Season with salt and black pepper. Roll the mozzarella balls in the mixture.
    Thread the tomatoes on to cocktail sticks and top with the mozzarella balls.
