Grilled Scallops With Papaya Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lbs firm papaya, coarsely chopped
    2 medium tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped
    1 medium red onion, coarsely chopped
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1 None fresh small red Thai chili pepper, finely chopped
    2 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    36 None scallops (with roe, if available)
Preparation
    For the papaya salsa, combine papaya, tomato, onion, lime juice, chili pepper, cilantro and oil in large bowl.
    Cook scallops on heated oiled grill pan, in batches, until browned both sides.
    Serve papaya salsa topped with scallops. Accompany with sweet chili sauce, if desired.
