Molten Lava Chocolate Cakes - cooking recipe

1/2 cup butter, coarsely chopped, plus extra for greasing
5 oz dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 None large eggs, plus 2 large egg yolks
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp cocoa powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease a 6-cup muffin pan with butter.
Stir butter and chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth. Let cool for 10 mins. Transfer to a large bowl.
Beat eggs, egg yolks and sugar until thick and creamy. Fold into warm chocolate mixture along with flour. Transfer to prepared muffin pan and bake for 12 mins. Invert onto serving plates. Serve immediately, dusted with cocoa powder.
