Spicy Lamb Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp fennel seeds
    1 tsp caraway seeds
    1/2 tsp dried chili flakes
    1 lb lamb loin
    2 tbsp olive oil, plus 2 tsp
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 None pita bread, toasted
    1 (13.5 oz) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
    5 oz baby spinach
    1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
    4 None red radishes, thinly sliced
    2 None shallots, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Rub spices over lamb and season. Heat 2 tsp oil in a medium frying pan. Cook lamb for 3 mins per side, or until browned and cooked to your liking. Cover and let rest for 5 mins. Slice thinly.
    Meanwhile, combine garlic, remaining oil and lemon juice. Season.
    Place lamb in a large serving dish along with toasted pita bread, dressing and remaining ingredients. Toss gently to combine.
