Ham And Goat Cheese Crostini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tbsp olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
    12 slices ciabatta
    5.25 oz goat cheese, sliced
    7 oz Parma ham, thinly sliced
    2 oz dried cherries
    3/4 cup arugula
Preparation
    Heat 3 tbsp oil in a large frying pan add saute 1/2 the garlic. Add 6 slices ciabatta, turning, until golden brown on both sides. Remove from pan and repeat with remaining oil, garlic and ciabatta. Arrange on a large serving board and season with black pepper. Top with cheese, ham, cherries and arugula.
