Chicken Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 tbsp butter
    1/2 cup flour
    3 cups low-fat milk
    4.5 oz low-fat Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
    14 oz macaroni, cooked, kept hot
    1 None small rotisserie chicken, shredded
    1 (10 oz) can corn kernels, drained
    None None mixed greens, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and cook for 1 min. Slowly whisk in milk. Cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 mins. Combine cheese then add 1/2 to sauce. Stir until melted and combined. Toss with macaroni, chicken and corn. Season. Transfer to a large baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Broil for 4-5 mins, until cheese is melted and golden brown.
    Serve with mixed greens.
