Pear And Almond Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

1/2 cup flour
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup flaked coconut
2 cups milk
4 None eggs, lightly beaten
8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, melted
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 can (15 oz) pear slices, drained and chopped, plus additional to serve
1/4 cup sliced almonds
None None Powdered sugar, to dust
None None Whipped cream, to serve
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.
Sift the flour and cinnamon into a large bowl. Stir in the sugar and coconut. Mix the milk, eggs, butter and syrup in a medium bowl. Whisk into the flour mixture. Stir in the pears. Pour into the prepared pie dish. Sprinkle evenly with the almonds.
Bake for 40-45 mins, or until golden and set. Serve warm or cold, dusted with powdered sugar. Top with additional pear slices and whipped cream.
