Lemon And Rosemary Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 None lemon, peel finely grated and lemon juiced
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
2 tbsp olive oil
4 None pork chops
Preparation

Combine lemon peel and juice, rosemary and oil in small bowl. Pour half of the mixture over pork chops in a shallow dish; turn to coat pork in mixture.
Cook pork in heated oiled large skillet until browned on both sides and cooked to desired doneness. Place pork on serving plates. Add remaining lemon mixture to skillet; cook until heated though. Spoon over pork chops.
