Banana Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
    3 None medium bananas, mashed
    1 cup pecans, toasted, coarsely chopped
    1/2 cup butter, melted, plus extra to serve
    2 None eggs, lightly beaten
    1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease an 8x4 inch loaf pan. Line base with parchment paper.
    Sift flour, baking powder and cinnamon into a large bowl. Add sugar. Combine bananas, pecans, butter, eggs and vanilla. Fold into dry ingredients until combined. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 55-60 mins, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Serve warm or toasted with butter.
