Granola Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    200 g butter
    300 g runny honey
    1 tsp salt
    100 g dried fruit such as apricots, figs and cherries, coarsely chopped
    50 g whole hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
    2 tsp lemon juice
    250 g oatmeal
    200 g spelt flakes
    100 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa), coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt butter, honey and 1 tsp salt over low heat. Set aside to cool. Mix dried fruits, nuts, lemon juice, oatmeal and spelt flakes in a large bowl. Add the honey butter mixture and mix well with your hands. Transfer to prepared pan and shape into an 8 x 12 inch rectangle. Bake for 25 mins.
    Allow to cool on a wire rack for 40 mins then remove parchment paper and cut in 1/2 lengthwise. Cut each 1/2 into 10 bars around 1 x 4 inch. Allow to cool completely. Meanwhile, melt chocolate then allow to cool slightly. Thinly brush each bar with chocolate. Place on parchment paper and allow to dry before serving.
