Chicken Wing And Leek Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 None leeks, sliced
    2 None carrots, chopped
    2 sticks celery, sliced
    2 None potatoes, peeled, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 quarts chicken stock
    2 lbs chicken wings, tips removed, halved through the joint
    2 oz small shell pasta
    12 oz canned sweet corn
    2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large saucepan on high. Saute leeks, carrots, celery, potatoes and garlic for 3-4 mins, until tender.
    Stir in stock and bring to a boil. Add chicken and reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, for 30 mins. Add pasta and simmer for 12-15 mins, until pasta is tender.
    Stir in corn and season to taste. Simmer for 2-3 mins. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
