Fruit Salad With Ginger-Green Tea Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
    1/2 tbsp powdered green tea
    1.5 oz crystallised ginger, finely chopped
    2 None oranges, peeled, segmented
    1 None apple, cored, thinly sliced
    1 None Asian pear, cored, thinly sliced
    1/2 None lime, juiced
    1/4 cup honey
Preparation
    Combine ice cream with powdered green tea and crystallized ginger. Freeze for several hours, to overnight.
    Arrange fruit on a serving platter or in individual glasses. Drizzle with lime juice and honey. Serve with ice cream.
