Pork Chops With Camembert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp canola or vegetable oil
4 - 5.25 oz boneless pork chops
1 bunch spring onions, chopped, green ends cut in 1/2 lengthwise for garnish
1/2 None baguette, sliced
4 None small tomatoes, sliced
7 oz Camembert cheese, sliced (rind removed)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease 4 small ramekins. Heat oil in a pan and sear meat for about 3 mins per side. Remove from pan and set aside. Add spring onion and cook for 1 min. Remove from heat and set aside. Arrange bread, meat, tomatoes, onions and cheese in ramekins and bake for 10 mins.
