Mini Meatloaves With Feta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices toast, soaked in cold water
1/2 None red pepper, deseeded and diced
1/2 None yellow pepper, deseeded and diced
1 None onion, peeled and finely diced
5 sprigs marjoram, finely chopped
1 kg minced meat
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
2 None eggs
200 g feta, cut into 12 pieces
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease a pan of 12 muffin cups. Mix together meat, tomato puree, peppers, marjoram, onion, mustard, eggs and bread until well combined. Season.
Spoon the mixture into the muffin cups and press a piece of feta into the middle of each one. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Leave to cool slightly, then remove muffins from pan and place in individual paper cups.
