2 None egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups ground almonds
1 cup granulated sugar
1 None orange, peel finely grated
6 oz bittersweet chocolate chips (70% cocoa)
None None Sea salt flakes, for sprinkling
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
Beat the egg whites and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer for about 3 mins, until soft peaks form.
In a separate bowl, mix the almonds, sugar and orange peel. Gradually fold the almond mixture into the egg whites until a thick paste is formed. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Using clean hands, form about 20 small balls and place them on the prepared pan, leaving 1 inch between each cookie (they won't spread much). Press each cookie down with the back of a fork; sprinkle with salt flakes.
Bake for 15 mins, or until golden. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
