Teriyaki Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup Chinese cooking wine or dry sherry
    2 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
    2 tsp sesame oil
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 tsp finely grated ginger
    18 None jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined, with head and tails intact
    6 None green onions, cut into thirds
    18 None bamboo skewers, soaked
    4 oz Asian baby greens
    1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
    None None Lime wedges, to serve
Preparation
    Mix wine, honey, teriyaki sauce, oil, garlic and ginger in a large bowl. Add shrimp and green onions; toss well. Cover and refrigerate 30 mins.
    Thread one shrimp onto each skewer. Heat a grill pan on high heat or preheat grill to medium-high. Cook shrimp 2-3 mins each side, until cooked through. Cook onions 1 min or until golden.
    Toss onions with greens. Serve shrimp on a bed of greens. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Serve with lime wedges.
