Moroccan Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None medium carrot, peeled, finely shredded with a mandoline
    1 None medium cooked beet, finely shredded with a mandoline
    1/2 None large white radish, finely shredded with a mandoline
    None None lemon juice, for drizzling
    None None extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
    None None ground cumin, for sprinkling
    None None lemon and orange wedges, for garnish
Preparation
    Arrange shredded vegetables in piles on a serving platter. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Sprinkle lightly with ground cumin. Garnish with lemon and orange wedges.
