Grilled Asian Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz baby bok choy, trimmed, halved lengthwise
    2 tbsp peanut oil
    6 oz broccolini, halved
    3.5 oz snow peas, trimmed
    7 oz baby corn, halved lengthwise
    2 tbsp mirin
    1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
    1 tbsp light soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp sesame oil
Preparation
    Preheat a grill plate over medium-high heat.
    Boil, steam or microwave bok choy until wilted then drain. Brush with 1 tbsp peanut oil then grill until tender.
    Combine broccolini, snow peas and corn in a large bowl and toss with remaining peanut oil. Grill until tender.
    Meanwhile, whisk mirin, oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic, sugar and sesame oil in a large bowl. Add vegetables and toss to combine.
