Rainbow Pops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb milk chocolate, chopped, melted and cooled for 10 mins
24 None lollipop sticks
4 tbsp multi-colored sprinkles
Preparation

Place 2 sheets of parchment paper on top of 2 large boards. Draw 12 - 2 1/2 inch circles on each sheet of paper. Spread chocolate inside circles using a palette knife. Place lollipop sticks halfway into chocolate mixture then cover stick with more chocolate. Quickly sprinkle with multi-colored sprinkles while still wet then let sit at room temperature until set.
