Everything Pizza Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
    2 tbsp sun-dried tomato pesto
    2.5 oz sliced mild salami
    3.5 oz shaved ham
    6 None button mushrooms, thinly sliced
    3.5 oz roasted red peppers, sliced
    2 oz pitted kalamata olives, halved lengthwise
    1 oz grated mozzarella cheese
    3-4 sprigs fresh basil leaves
    None None mixed greens, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line 2 large baking trays with parchment paper. Place puff pastry on prepared trays. Spread pesto over top, leaving a 1 inch border. Roll up edges to make 2 round pizzas.
    Divide salami, ham, mushrooms, peppers and olives over pizzas then top with mozzarella. Bake for 25 mins, or until pastry is golden brown and crisp. Top with basil. Serve with salad.
