Prawns With Rice Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp oil
    1 lb raw prawns, peeled, heads removed, deveined
    1 None onion, peeled and grated
    1 lb tomatoes, chopped
    2/3 cup heavy cream
    7 oz rice noodles, covered in boiling water for 3 mins, drained
    10 None spring onions, sliced
    3-4 tbsp soy sauce
    None None cayenne pepper, to taste
    1/2 cup roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
Preparation
    Heat oil in a frying pan and saute prawns, turning, for 2 mins. Set aside. Add onion and saute until softened. Add tomatoes and cook for 2 mins. Add cream, then 1 1/4 cups water. Bring to a boil then gently simmer for 5 mins. Add prawns and spring onions and heat through. Season with soy sauce and cayenne pepper. Toss with noodles. Serve sprinkled with peanuts.
