Omelet In A Bag - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None eggs
    None None Diced ham, cooked chicken, chopped tomato, diced pepper, grated cheese, chopped parsley, to fill
    None None Rolls or English muffins, halved and toasted, to serve
Preparation
    Fill a large saucepan with water. Bring to a boil on a grill or gas camp stove on high heat.
    Crack eggs into a sandwich-size resealable plastic bag. Add fillings of choice and season. Seal bag and massage with hands to combine ingredients. Lower bag into boiling water. Cook for 3 mins, until cooked through. Open bag carefully and place omelet on half a roll to serve.
