Garlic And Herb Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

2 1/4 lb potatoes, cut into wedges
2 tbsp garlic and herb seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 475\u00b0F. Grease a baking tray.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, toss potatoes, seasoning and oil together. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 5 mins.
Place wedges in a single layer on prepared tray. Bake for 20 mins, or until crisp.
