Chili Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-2 None red chilies, deseeded and finely chopped
2/3 cup butter, softened
8 None medium potatoes
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F or preheat a grill. Mix together the chili and butter and season to taste.
Cut each potato into 1/2 inch slices. Keep the slices in order and spread the butter between the slices. Wrap each 'potato' in foil. Cook in the hot coals of a barbecue or in the oven for 50 mins.
