Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp olive oil
4 slices bacon
4 None medium eggs
4 tbsp tomato chutney
4 None tortillas
1/2 cup grated mozzarella
Preparation

Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook bacon for 4-5 mins, or until crisp. Remove from pan and set aside.
Wipe pan clean. Reduce heat to medium and add remaining olive oil to pan. Fry eggs for 2-3 mins, or until egg whites are just set.
Spread 1 tbsp tomato chutney down the center of each tortilla. Top with cheese, bacon and eggs then roll up to enclose. Cook wraps for 1-2 mins per side, until warmed through and cheese melts.
