Campfire Potato And Onion Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 None baking potatoes, scrubbed, cut into wedges
    2 None medium yellow onions, cut into wedges
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp Tuscan seasoning, like McCormick
    1 cup shredded yellow sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 None scallions, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat grill. Place potatoes and onions in a microwave-safe bowl. Toss with garlic, oil and seasoning. Cover and cook on HIGH for 5 mins.
    Transfer to a large sheet of heavy duty foil then fold over to enclose. Grill for 15-20 mins. Open foil and sprinkle with cheese. Grill for another 5 mins, or until cheese is melted. Garnish with scallions.
