Honey Peanut Butter Ice Box Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz) packages Neufchatel cheese, at room temperature
    6 tbsp honey
    12 oz whipped cream
    70 (2 inch) peanut butter cookies
    3 tbsp chocolate sauce, for garnish
    None None honey roasted salted peanuts, fresh mint, chocolate curls, strawberry and mini peanut butter cups, for garnish
Preparation
    Beat cheese and honey until smooth. Add whipped cream and beat until well combined.
    Arrange 8 cookies in a 9 inch circle on a serving platter. Fill in the center with 2 cookies. Spread 1 cup whipped cream cheese over top then repeat layering with remaining cookies and cream, finishing with cream. Swirl chocolate sauce into cream on top. Cover lightly and chill overnight. Garnish as desired.
