Apple And Rhubarb Crumble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
7 tbsp cold butter, chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

4 None Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, cut into chunks
1/2 bunch rhubarb, leaves removed, trimmed, washed, roughly chopped
1/3 cup granulated sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
To make the crumble, sift flour into a medium bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in brown sugar, coconut, oats and cinnamon. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, combine apples and 1/4 cup water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium and simmer, covered, for 4-5 mins, or until almost tender.
Add rhubarb and sugar. Simmer, stirring, for 2-3 mins, or until rhubarb is just tender. Drain excess liquid. Spoon mixture into prepared dish and sprinkle with crumble. Bake for 25-30 mins, until golden and bubbly.
