Flaky Sun-Dried Tomato Pastries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
    1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
    7 oz sun-dried tomatoes, drained and cut into coarsely chopped
    3 sprigs rosemary, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to a 16 x 10 inch rectangle. Sprinkle the pastry with ground black pepper and the cheese. Spread the tomatoes and rosemary on the cheese. Roll up the pastry from the long side. Cut into 12 slices and place on a baking sheet.
    Bake for about 15 mins or until golden. Serve warm or at room temperature.
