Spaghetti Carbonara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb spaghetti
    3 large eggs
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    4 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 lb smoked bacon, finely diced
    None None fresh parsley, chopped and parsley leaves, to garnish
Preparation
    Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of lightly salted boiling water for 10-12 mins or according to the packet instructions.
    Meanwhile, whisk the eggs and cream together and season. Stir in the grated Parmesan. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the bacon pieces over high heat until browned. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add to the frying pan with the bacon, stirring it a couple of times to coat. Pour in the egg mixture and stir quickly then remove the pan from the heat - the eggs will cook just from the heat of the pan and the spaghetti alone. Serve immediately garnished with parsley.
